Electric heating tubes are typically made of metal materials such as stainless steel or copper for the outer shell. The interior is spirally wound with resistance wires like nickel-chromium or iron-chromium-aluminum, with gaps filled with magnesium oxide sand for insulation and thermal conductivity. Sealing is achieved using silicone or ceramic materials to ensure airtightness.
Main Functions and Applications
Primarily used for heating liquids (such as water and oil), air, and metal molds, they are suitable for industrial applications like electric boilers, chemical equipment, and plastic machinery, as well as in food processing and medical devices. Operating temperatures can reach up to 850°C, supporting fully automated temperature control.
